Own the full sales cycle for mid-market companies adopting TrustGate. You'll work with scaling fintechs, marketplaces, and crypto companies who need enterprise-grade identity verification without enterprise complexity.
Compensation: $120K-$150K base + commission (OTE $200K-$280K)
Enterprise Account Executive
Close strategic deals with enterprise financial institutions, banks, and large fintechs. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, build executive relationships, and help define how TrustGate serves the most demanding customers.
Compensation: $150K-$180K base + commission (OTE $300K-$400K)
AI/ML Engineer
Build the AI systems that power TrustGate's identity verification. You'll work on document analysis, facial recognition, liveness detection, and fraud models—pushing the boundaries of what's possible in identity verification.
Compensation: $180K-$250K + equity
AML Compliance Analyst
Help TrustGate and our customers stay ahead of evolving AML regulations. You'll shape our compliance products, conduct due diligence, and ensure our screening capabilities meet the highest standards.
Compensation: $90K-$130K + equity
Full Stack Engineer
Build the products that developers love. You'll work across our verification flows, dashboard, APIs, and integrations—creating beautiful, reliable software that handles millions of identity verifications.
Compensation: $160K-$220K + equity
