About the Role
Build the AI systems that power TrustGate's identity verification. You'll work on document analysis, facial recognition, liveness detection, and fraud models—pushing the boundaries of what's possible in identity verification.
What You'll Do
- •Design and implement ML models for document verification, face matching, and liveness detection
- •Improve model accuracy while reducing false positives and bias across demographics
- •Build and maintain training pipelines, feature stores, and model serving infrastructure
- •Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision and fraud detection
- •Collaborate with Product to translate customer needs into ML solutions
- •Establish best practices for ML experimentation, testing, and deployment
What We're Looking For
- •4+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production
- •Strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and neural networks
- •Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- •Experience with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
- •Understanding of model fairness, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
- •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- •Experience with biometric systems, face recognition, or document analysis
- •Background in fraud detection or adversarial ML
- •Publications in relevant conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML)
- •Experience with edge deployment and model optimization
