Mid-Market Account Executive

About the Role
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market companies adopting TrustGate. You'll work with scaling fintechs, marketplaces, and crypto companies who need enterprise-grade identity verification without enterprise complexity.
What You'll Do
- •Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for companies with 50-500 employees
- •Conduct compelling product demos tailored to compliance, product, and engineering stakeholders
- •Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3x coverage of quota
- •Negotiate contracts and pricing, working closely with leadership on deal structure
- •Partner with Solutions Engineering to scope technical requirements and integrations
- •Provide market feedback to Product on feature requests and competitive positioning
What We're Looking For
- •3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to technical buyers
- •Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- •Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- •Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling
- •Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- •Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- •Experience selling compliance, security, or developer tools
- •Background in fintech, payments, or financial services
- •Technical aptitude—comfortable discussing APIs and integrations
