Mid-Market Account Executive

About the Role

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market companies adopting TrustGate. You'll work with scaling fintechs, marketplaces, and crypto companies who need enterprise-grade identity verification without enterprise complexity.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close for companies with 50-500 employees
  • Conduct compelling product demos tailored to compliance, product, and engineering stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3x coverage of quota
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, working closely with leadership on deal structure
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to scope technical requirements and integrations
  • Provide market feedback to Product on feature requests and competitive positioning

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to technical buyers
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling compliance, security, or developer tools
  • Background in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Technical aptitude—comfortable discussing APIs and integrations
